This evening in our Thursday 6:30pm session we talked about getting our HOPES up. In the ride we walked through 5 TRUTHS listed on these handy bookmarks I created to put on our fridge, use as our Bible bookmark or anywhere we need reminding of the HOPE we have in Christ. There are a few extras for any bootcamp ladies that would like to snag one tomorrow morning. Join us next week as we go through a part two and touch on five more truths within scripture to remind ourselves.. I can't wait 😆 P.S we totally ended the ride with a one minute plank 😅 #iykyk
